Blauw scherm des doods

Hallo

ik heb nu vandaag en gister tijden het opstarten van de pc van me moeder het blauwe scherm des doods gekregen.
me moeder zei zelf dat het al wel eens eerder gebeurd was

ik heb een paar screen shots van het logboek gemaakt en een rapport van WhoCrashed bij gevoegd

Er ontbreekt een hele rits updates op deze pc, een flink deel daarvan zijn mislukt tijdens een poging deze te installeren.

Om te beginnen zou ik de Energie-instellingen wijzigen.
In Energiebeheer wijzig de instelling van Gebalanceerd naar Hoge Prestaties.
Wijzig de slaapstand naar Nooit.
Na dat je dit hebt gedaan, pc herstarten.

Voer na de herstart de instructies uit die op deze pagina worden gegeven en post het resultaat daarvan in je volgende bericht..?

Ik zou graag van je horen welke meldingen er na het uitvoeren van de instructies werden getoond ( of er corrupte bestanden werden gevonden of niet en of deze al dan niet gerepareerd konden worden of niet..? )
Aan die lap tekst van de CBS log heb ik niet veel..

Na deze acties graag handmatig Windows Update starten en kijk of er nu wel updates geïnstalleerd worden..?
Zo ja, dan graag even een nieuwe link naar het overzicht van Speccy zoals eerder geplaatst..?

Begin met deze mogelijke oplossingen.

Voor die foutcode 0x133 zal het zoeken worden, kan een hardware probleem zijn of een driver die dwars ligt.

ja volgens mij waren de bestanden gerepareerd
voor dat ik dat gedaan had had ik al een windows update gedaan en moest er wat geïnstalleerd worden
en nu na de instructies krijg ik deze optionele update : 2021-02 Preview cumulatieve update voor Windows 10 Version 20H2 voor systemen op basis van x64 (KB4601382)
deze heb ik nog niet gedaan

Installeer die 20H2 update maar en kijk of het BSOD probleem is opgelost..?

voor de rest is nu alles goed? zo ver je kan zien op speccy?

Er zijn nog steeds een hele rits updates die als "mislukt" worden aangegeven...maar met de 20H2 update zou dat allemaal geschiedenis moeten zijn.
Ik ga er vanuit dat het probleem is verholpen.
Mocht het zich onverhoopt toch weer voordoen, dan de driver-updates uitzetten in Windows Update ( link ). :icon_good:

Waar was je mee bezig toen je dat blauwe scherm kreeg..?
Welke foutcode kreeg je dit keer..?
Draai eens WhoCrashed en kopieer en plak die log in je volgende bericht..?

het gebeurde vlak na het opstarten ik probeerde de muis te bewegen maar de cursor laggde heel erg en toen kwam het blauwe scherm

Doe eens even een virus check.

Mogelijk is het bestand ntkrnlmp.exe geïnfecteerd.

Stap 1: Download de gratis internetbeveiliging.

Stap 2: Installatieconfiguratieframes worden weergegeven. Selecteer de configuratie die u wilt toepassen.

Stap 3: Selecteer de optie Configuratie aanpassen en rangschik installatieprogramma's, configuratie en bestandslocatie.

Stap 4: Start uw pc opnieuw op.

Stap 5: Het duurt even voordat Comodo Internet Security de antivirus heeft bijgewerkt.

Stap 6: Ga verder met een snelle scan die automatisch begint na de update.

Stap 7: Als er tijdens het scannen bedreigingen worden gevonden, wordt u om een ​​waarschuwingsscherm gevraagd.

Stap 8: Comodo Antivirus zal het ntkrnlmp.exe-virus van uw computer verwijderen, inclusief alle andere malware!

Maak een screenshot van het resultaat en plaats deze, of kopieer en plaats het logbestand van de scan.

Als dit succesvol is verlopen, ga dan naar deze pagina en update je videodrivers.

Herstart hierna de pc en kijk of het probleem hiermee is opgelost.

Zo niet, bekijk deze pagina en voer FIX 2 uit, dus pas je BIOS-instellingen aan zoals beschreven.
De rest van de fixes op deze pagina mag je vergeten en ik adviseer je om die niet uit te voeren.

Ook na wijziging van de BIOS instellingen, de wijzigingen opslaan, wacht tot de pc opnieuw is opgestart en kijk of het probleem is opgelost of niet.
